UNICEF's response to the pandemic was a co-ordinated effort across 13 state teams that covered all the 24 programme states. Each state was affected in very diverse ways by not only the pandemic but also other extraneous factors that required a tailor-made approach that would suit the ground conditions. In each of these 13 reports, UNICEF state teams have captured the impact of the pandemic, the state government's response, UNICEF’s response to the pandemic, innovations in ensuring continuity of health services and efforts in strengthening health systems.
