UNICEF’s country programme in India supports the Government to reach all children, including adolescents, to have the rights to life, health and development realized, and provide them with an opportunity to develop their full potential. The main objective of the programme is to accelerate scaling up the interventions to achieve the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agenda. The National Booklet presents the reflections and lessons from the last CPD and key priorities for the new CPD 2023- 2027.
UNICEF's health programme is implemented through 13 state offices covering 23 state across the country. The state booklets highlight the snapshot of UNICEF's strategic priorities, partnerships and interventions tailored to specific states or regions within the country. They serve as valuable resources for stakeholders, offering a clear overview of UNICEF's commitment to advancing child rights, well-being and development within a localized context.
